DESCRIPTION:This is approximately a 4 hour hands-on class where you will learn pizza making. \nIn this class you will: \n\nLearn how to make pizza dough and pizza sauce\,\nShape pizza\,\nGain a basic understanding of how to use different flours and types of yeast\nBake pizza in a working wood fired oven\, using skills that can be applied to your home oven\n\nAll materials are provided at no additional cost.  Students will each make at least 1 pizza. \nCost for the class per student is $50. \nPayments can be made directly to secure your place on my Paypal account @ChrisFrenchSr  (the profile picture is the wood fired oven on the web page). \nCancellation policy – Classes are small in size and limited.  I can offer a refund after booking with 30 days notice.  If you need to cancel with less than 30 days notice and provided your spot can be filled\, a refund will then be granted.  If you are aware of a conflict in your schedule you can also move your reservation to a different class provided there is room  available in the desired schedule.  If the class needs to be cancelled due to CT COVID guidelines participants will be issued a refund.
